Fix md images

• remove markdown-it-eleventy-img (sets title attr instead of caption)
• add markdown-it-image-figures
• fix styling
• add passthrough for article images
• Planned: test Eleventy image transform to handle img in output folder or fork and adjust markdown-it-eleventy-img to set figcaption instead of titlle

• Updating markdown-it-eleventy-img (forked) solved the issue. I filed an issue for the plugin author so they are aware. For now my own fork is referenced.
• added to the config to use the title input as caption.

Please file an issue here (referencing the issue you created against upstream) to track the upstream repo and revert back to it once it is updated.

This PR is all over the place already so might as well add it here. Maybe rebase and merge instead of squashing, though.
