BOSH - after message is sent script is still running and cause 'Maximum execution time exceeded ERROR'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i sent a message through BOSH
2. message is delivered
3. script is still runnig (why?)
4. error appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

# Expected:
nothing

# Output:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded ---in 
\jaxl\core\jaxl.util.php on line 69

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
# newest, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
