Hi Team,
on of our customers has installed cpanel with cfs firewall on his ve. To make
cfs firewall work we need to enable some kernel modules in the host node. The
following modules have been enabled with the modprobe command: ipt_conntrack,
ipt_LOG, ipt_owner, ipt_state, ip_conntrack_ftp
After enabeling these modules we modfied the vz.conf file in /etc/vz. The only
value we changed was
IPTABLES="ipt_REJECT ipt_tos ipt_limit ipt_multiport iptable_filter
iptable_mangle ipt_TCPMSS ipt_tcpmss ipt_ttl ipt_length"
to
IPTABLES="ipt_REDIRECT ipt_owner ipt_recent iptable_filter iptable_mangle
ipt_limit ipt_multiport ipt_tos ipt_TOS ipt_REJECT ipt_TCPMSS ipt_tcpmss
ipt_ttl ipt_LOG ipt_length ip_conntrack ip_conntrack_ftp ip_conntrack_irc
ipt_conntrack ipt_state ipt_helper iptable_nat ip_nat_ftp ip_nat_ircp_tables"
After this we restarted the ve and the host node. Firewall works fine, but now
the statistics in OpenVZ Webpanel are "freezing". Pls. see below file.
Do you have any idea or was this reported before?
Many thanks for your help!
Actual result: problem still remaining
Expected result: make stats work again
Version of the product: 2.0
