500 Internal Server Error after restart #432

Steps to reproduce:
1. START THE SERVER 
2.Reboot the server
3. After start again the master server I get 500 Internal Server Error and I 
need to reinstall the control panel again

Actual result: 500 Internal Server Error

Expected result: Working Panel

Version of the product:End Version today date

Server OS:Centos 5.7

Browser:Any

Additional information:The error become every time the master server is reboot 
I get 500 Internal Server Error I need to reinstall the panel for see again the 
web
