bug: adding subnet length to CT ip addresses does not work #472

Steps to reproduce:
1. click "change settings" on any VZ container
2. under "ip address", add an ip with subnet; for example "10.0.0.1/16"
3. click "save"

Actual result:
displays "incorrect ip address"
Expected result:
the ip address should have been added with the specified subnet mask
Version of the product:
latest
Server OS:
ubuntu with kernel 2.6.32-042stab062.2
Browser:
chromium
