Description and owner of a VPS doesn't migrate with it. #479

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a description and an owner to a VPS.
2. Migrate the VPS.
3. Look at the description and owner of the migrated VPS.

Actual result:
There is blank description and owner after migrate.

Expected result:
It would be better to save the description.

Version of the product:
2.5

Server OS:
altlinux5

Browser:
ff, chrome, ie

I'm sorry for duplicated issue (with #406)

Migrate it with #406 and add description issue, please.
