Server Templates Missing (error page) #505

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login and click on server templates.
2.Takes you to 
http://xxxxxxx:3000/admin/server-templates/list?hardware_server_id=2
3.Error Message
We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

(If you're the administrator of this website, then please read the log file 
"production.log" to find out what went wrong.)

Cant add any VPS's due to the issue. No templates pull up.

Version of the product: 2.4

Server OS: Centos 6.4

Browser: Chrome

Additional information: Hasnt worked since install

Same Issue

Server OS: Debian 6 x64
Browser: Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera (don't think issue is browser dependent) 

My production.log file is attached

confirm, same problem, centos 6.5, fresh install

poduction.log:
"NoMethodError (undefined method `get_advanced_limits' for nil:NilClass)"
