I was installing ubunto desktop and an error occured, and now I cannot do
anything.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Console
2. Enter vi *somefile*
3. Console Hangs
4. Force-Close console
5. Open Console again
6. Enter command of choice ('ls' for example)
