Failed to create 11th VE #562

Steps to reproduce:
1.created 10th VE over web panel
2.want to create 11th VE
3.

Actual result:
HwDaemonExecException (Command 'vzctl create 10 --ostemplate 
centos-6-x86-minimal --config Interface' execution failed with code 82
Output: Error: container config file /etc/vz/conf/10.conf already exists, can 
not use --config option
Creation of container private area failed
Expected result:

Version of the product:
2.4

Server OS:
Centos 6 (uptodate) x86_64

Browser:
Chrome

Additional information:
Createing 11th vom with manual veid 11 works, seems to be a internat problem 
with the counter.

Forgot to say VE 7 - 11 are not running at this point.
