Checking for update says an update is available for 8.3.2 but updating only installs 8.3 #8

Version of Fjord Launcher

8.3.2 setup downloaded from GitHub, but 8.3 as reported in "About"

Version of Qt

6.6.3

Description of bug

When I install the version located here and check for updates, the FjordLauncher (FL) notifies an update is available which is 8.3.2. After updating, checking the update again shows the same update notification.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download release from https://github.com/unmojang/FjordLauncher/releases/tag/8.3.2
  2. Install / run FL
  3. Check for update
  4. Install update
  5. Relaunch FL
  6. Check for update again
  7. See bug

Suspected cause

I think the build from the release is not tagged as 8.3.2 hence why this loop

Issue has solved itself somehow? I am not sure how it is solved because I did nothing on my end. I just felt like clicking the Update button again for absolutely no reason and the update prompt no longer appears.

Oh okay it still happens on Portable Version for me. I particularly used MSVC setup version. Didn't clear AppData folder yet
