Ready research plans for beginning data science students #3

Perhaps there should be a featured selection of templates which are (almost) complete preliminary research plans, designed and ready for beginning data science students.

I'll create a new "Research Plan Template" for a beginner. Will complete this week & upload to the "Files" tab within our Canvas course. Vince

I just finished composing a new proposed Research Plan Template example, with the focus being epidemiology. I uploaded it to the "Files" tab on Canvas alongside the other examples.
