jwsSlideShow demo support conference rooms channel based #195

The current slideshow demo only allows to create a single conference room to 
stream the active slide to all clients.

Why we can't create more than one conference?
1. The information is sent through only one communication channel.

The users may need to create multiple realtime conference classrooms. To allow 
this should be introduced the channels for more than one slideshow, with a 
conference selection panel in the toolbox areas where the user can select or 
switch between conferences.

We need to think in a way to send the access keys to the users.
