I just have a question on whether or not you allow tutors to apply from different countries or just those from the United States?

As long as the tutor is a student at the relevant university, which is limited to those in the United States currently, and can verify their transcripts it does not matter where a student is from. As our business stands currently, we do not directly employ tutors, just facilitate the matching of tutor and student and provide a method of payment.
