With unoconv it was possible to make different kind of pdf/A by passing -eUseTaggedPDF=1 -eSelectPdfVersion=1 Would this be possible with unoserver/unoconvert?

The next release will have a --filter-option parameter where you can add SelectPdfVersion=1. I haven't tried TaggedPDF=1, but I think that should work as well.
