Using the UserInstallation env breaks soffice.bin execution

As in title. I'm running unoserver a against custom soffice.bin.(cp-22.05.06) It would be nice to pass or customize the default cmd line or, at least, remove the UserInstallation env. Without it, a USER/.config/core/4 (not tied to /tmp) folder will be created and the soffice.bin will continue its execution flawlessly
