Graphical glitches in menu | Driver (Europe) #117

Glitched text in the menu of Driver (Europe). Issue appears on fresh install on Windows 10. I tried switching to the Interpreter, the software renderer and disabling all enhancements and the issue still appears.

edit: Disc image matches the checksum on redump.

I tried NTSC-U and NTSC-J versions of the game and they have the same issue.

Update. No such issue on Beetle PSX HW
