SCPS-10001 Motor Toon Grand Prix (Japan) Sound issues. The sound of sand loops. #146

How to reproduce: Start a race in grand prix mode (select the very first track) and you'll hear it during race. After you complete the race you'll hear it in the menu too.

It happens on both versions of the game (1.0 and 1.1)

Tested with all enhancements disabled. I tried software rendering and D3D11. I can't reproduce this isssue on mednafen.
