GTK interface? #3

Tk is really ugly, we could make a spiffy interface using GTK+libadwaita. From what I understand, GTK has great Python bindings. The interface is simple enough that we can probably do this without toooooooooo much effort

This will probably be a bit more of a pain than it seems, tkinter is used even in some of the Comms files for some reason
