[Gallery][iOS/Android] Lamp- When clicking the 'Enable flashlight' button, the flashlight does not start.

Current behavior

When clicking the 'Enable flashlight' button, device flashlight does not start.

Expected behavior

Device flashlight should start. ( Note previously this features was working).

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Open Uno Gallery APP
2. Tap Burger Menu on the left top right.
3. Tap "Lamp" from the "Non-UI Features" list.
4. Click Enable flashlight' button.
5. Notice that device flashlight does not start.
