[Gallery][All platforms]LightWeight Styling(Fluent)- All RadioButtons display unchecked once 'checked/unchecked' radiobutton for Material section. #1109

Current behavior

styling issue 2

Expected behavior

styling correct 1

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Open Uno Gallery APP
  2. Tap Burger Menu on the left top right.
  3. Tap on 'LightWeight Styling', option from the "Theming" list.
  4. Go to Material section.
  5. Go to RadioButton section
  6. Check and Uncheck RadioButton for the 'Default' and 'Overridden' option.
  7. Now go to Fluent section.
  8. Observe that the All Radio buttons displaying unchecked for all the option.

@kazo0 I paired with @vatsashah45 today and he pushed a branch dev/vs/fix-radiobuttons with some changes and we will need to sync on it next week as I want to have your opinion on some details
