[Gallery][UI Components] incorrect MaterialSecondaryHyperlinkButtonStyle foreground #1144

Current behavior

Un Material there are 2 same hyperlinks with no difference in it. But the style in XAML is different so not sure whether this is expected. Screenshot 2024-07-22 at 4 06 12 PM

Expected behavior

Unsure on the behavior.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Open Gallery on any of the platforms.
  2. Navigate to Menu -> UI Components -> HyperlinkButton.
  3. Go to Material.
  4. Observe 2 hyperlinks in Default.
