[Uno Gallery] Add sample for `InfoBar` control #455

Hey! I would like to work on this issue. Though I don't have a mac device, so I won't be able to test it for iOS or Mac. Is that alright?

@letsintegreat Sorry for late reply, didn't notice it. Definitely not a problem, the control should work the same way everywhere, so you can test the targets you have access too, and we can check the rest! For InfoBar there was already a sample before, but it was showing only Material style, so this would be to extend the sample to include Fluent too
