Add sample for `NavigationView` control #589

What would you like to be added:

Sample for NavigationView control. Currently we have just blank page, and the control provides a lot of different features (top display mode, hierarchy, etc.)

Why is this needed:

For which Platform:

[ ] iOS
[ ] Android
[ ] WebAssembly
[ ] WebAssembly renders for Xamarin.Forms
[ ] Windows
[ ] Build tasks

Anything else we need to know?
