Are binding directly to the MaterialMedium/RegularFontFamily instead of the LabelLargeFontFamily/BodyLargeFontFamily/other semantic typography resources defined here: https://github.com/unoplatform/Uno.Themes/blob/master/src/library/Uno.Material/Styles/Application/v2/Typography.xaml
