[WASM][Currency Converter] Time appears at the bottom is incorrect #148

Steps To Reproduce:

Visit WASM Calculator.
Open Currency converter.
Look at the bottom left corner and observe the time.

Actual behavior:

It shows the wrong time.

Expected behavior:

Time appears on the Currency converter page is same as the local time and it is mentioned in the unit. (for eg. UTC).

Device and Application Information:

OS Build: Windows 10
WASM Build Version: Version 0.1.0-uno.1+506
Environment: Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge

Note:

When following repro steps in Edge (Version 88.0.705.50 (Official build) (64-bit)) using this: https://calculator.platform.uno/

I find that there is no Currency converter.

There is a Currency converter in the Windows 10 Calculator 10.2012.21.0 app.
