Steps To Reproduce:

Visit WASM Calculator Pink Theme.
Resize the browser.
Open the Burger Menu.
Scroll down using mouse.
Close the menu and repeat steps 3 and 4 again.

Actual behavior:

User is able to scroll the menu using mouse very first time.
But second time after reopening the menu, User is not able to scroll the menu using mouse.
It starts working after scrolling the menu manually.
But if the user close the menu again and reopen it then it stops working and again user has to do it manually to make it work through mouse.
It happens every time user close the menu and reopen it.
For Microsoft Edge, The scroll bar is totally missing. User is not able to see all the menu options until he changes the browser resolution to full screen.

Expected behavior:

User is able to scroll the menu option manually or even with the mouse scroll.

Could not reproduce on the web version of Uno Calculator linked. I used this version instead to try to repro: https://calculator.platform.uno/

I used Edge Version 88.0.705.50 (Official build) (64-bit)

I compared against Calculator 10.2012.21.0.

In both, apps the user cannot scroll the menu with the mouse scroll wheel as long as the cursor is over the hamburger button or the hamburger button bar extending the width of the panel.

Moving the cursor off of this hamburger panel resulted in the ability to scroll in both apps using the mouse scroll wheel alone.
