What is the current behavior?

build_catalyst.sh and build_linux.sh are NOT executable after cloning the repository.

build_catalyst.sh fails to build with latest Xcode (14.2)

What is the new behavior?

build_catalyst.sh and build_linux.sh are executable after cloning the repository.

build_catalyst.sh build fine with latest Xcode (14.2)
