Current behavior

SetWindowIcon may be duplicated between a class library and an app.

Expected behavior

Build succeeds

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Create an app
Create a library, reference it from the app
Add an Icon or anything that makes this task run : https://github.com/unoplatform/uno.resizetizer/blob/ec018465f3b7dd7286a46597ebc2b9b66776ee7f/src/Resizetizer/src/WindowIconGeneratorTask.cs#L8
