iOS : Add soon to be required PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file #639

What would you like to be added

Per recent Microsoft Blog entry Apple is going to require a PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file starting May 1, 2024. Given that .net8.0 triggers at least 3 or 4 of the requirements for this file, It would be handy if Uno Platform Templates already included this file and the related change to the .Mobile.csproj file.

Why is this needed

Make creating an Apple AppStore ready Uno Platform app easier.

iOS (how did I miss this field?)

Thanks for raising this issue @baskren. As this is an issue for templates, I'm going to move it to Uno.Templates repo.
