What kind of change does this PR introduce?

What is the current behavior?

Comment about the generated nature of the Color Overrides remains when not using Dsp. The Dsp feature flag is missing.

What is the new behavior?

Comments are removed when not using Dsp. Dsp is added to the UnoFeatures when the template option is enabled for Dsp.
