What kind of change does this PR introduce?

What is the new behavior?

Fixes messages such as:

C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\8.0.300\NuGet.targets(169,5): warning : Unable to find a project to restore!
Could not resolve SDK "Uno.Sdk". Exactly one of the probing messages below indicates why we could not resolve the SDK. Investigate and resolve that message to correctly specify the SDK.

Which may appear when package mappings are enabled.
