[Gallery][iOS/Android] MediaPlayerElement Repeat Button does not work

Current behavior

MediaPlayerElement Repeat Button does not work on iOS and Android

(Still waiting on MediaPlayer Skia to be done to test on this platform)

Expected behavior

MediaPlayerElement Repeat Button should work like on Windows and Wasm

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

• Open Uno Gallery APP
• Click Burger Menu on the left top right (if the menu is not already opened)
• Click "MediaPlayerElement" from the "UI Components" list.
• Launch the fourth sample: "MediaPlayerElement sample using customizable options"
• Check
  • AreTransportControlsEnabled
  • IsCompact
  • IsRepeatButtonVisible
  • IsRepeatEnabled
  • IsSeekBarVisible
  • IsSeekEnabled
• And uncheck all the other options
• Toggle the Repeat Button
• Play and go through the entire video
• Observe that the video will not repeat as it should (it will just stop at the end)
