[Gallery-4X][All Platform]TreeView- 'Allow Drop', 'Can Drag Items', 'Selection mode' options are missing. #13361

Current behavior

treeview issue

Expected behavior

treeview correct

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Launch the Uno.Gallery app for 4X version.
  2. Click on “Treeview” from the "Component" list.
  3. Go to the last section for Treeview
  4. Notice that 'Allow Drop', 'Can Drag Items', 'Selection mode' options are missing.

I don't think so, it means that the options in the UI were added later on (in https://github.com/unoplatform/Uno.Gallery/commit/41685ed997349e27b5ed19c07120d5e9edccfddf). There's no need to backport.

fyi @sakshi173 this will be available for 5x and above but not for 4x
