[Gallery][UI Components][Textbox] Texts are not in centre #18847

Current behavior

On all paltforms, in Material and Fluent, the texts appear misaligned and are positioned more towards the upper side instead of being centrally aligned within their containers.

Expected behavior

Text should be in centre within the their container.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Open Gallery Canary on any platform.
  2. From the Menu navigate to UI Components -> TextBox
  3. Bbserve the texts on Material and Fluent tab.
