AI should clear cash-desk and ticket printer on takeover #23

At takeover, have the AI:

Clear any leftover coins / notes from the cash-desk.
Remove unclaimed previously printed tickets from the printer.

Note that it is uncertain whether these actions can be programmatically emulated, since they are normally internally handled by OMSI, rather than by "userspace" script-defined triggers.
