Certain AI vehicles wish to retain running wipers at prolonged / engine-off stops. Assuming that wiper activation is constrained by electrics (wiper_cti_wipers_require_full_elec = 1), such vehicles are currently incapable of accommodating for that preference when having switched their engine off. The solution is to have these vehicles re-rotate the ignition key to position 2 ("pre-ignition" / "ON") after having rotated it from 2 to 1 ("electrics (partially) on" / "ACC") upon arrival.
