Non-instant push + release of toggle-able controls by AI

The AI should handle all supported toggle-able dashboard controls in the same manner it currently handles the door buttons, that is, push / press (and cause "on" sound to be emitted), and only after a random delay release (and emit "off" sound).

For the following such controls this is not currently the case (they appear to be pushed and released instantly):
