Back in 1.2.0 we removed the blinker_[left|right]_move triggers thinking they were essentially useless clutter. Beta-testing revealed they are in fact essential for steering wheel peripheral users, since they operate conditionally, by either setting or resetting the lever (depending on its current state), unlike the keyboard-relevant triggers that only do the former. We should therefore reintroduce them.
