This is a really cool project. The visualisation is excellent.

Could you clarify the license on this code? I'm thinking with regard to using it on data from other countries.

I definitely agree with the above. Awesome project.

Just want to make sure I don't overstep any bounds, but want to follow up and ask if it's okay to use this code on a personal website showing where I'm from and where I live (rural vs. NYC).

Again, thanks for the work on this. It's very well done.

@unorthodox123 Could we have clarity on the Licence of this project please? I am planning to use it on a different project.

I found the 2010 Racial Dot Map Access and Use Policy on the University of Virginia's website. It's a lot of legalese because the images produced with this code use map data from OpenStreetMap and Google. I am not a laywer, but from a quick read it looks like you are free to use images produced with this code for non-commerical purposes as long as you cite the sources of the map data.

Thanks for the answer, I am hovever more interested in using the actual code and generating new images.

I would also like to know. I would love to extend this for a personal project I am working on. W/o a listed license, it is closed with ARR. @unorthodox123
