Add support for subdivisions #13

Plan is to have multiple results on the same page for each subdivision, and also overall results. Will involve a lot of #10. Afterwards will be able to finally get started on adding tournaments with multiple subdivisions.

Waiting for either full subdivision support in SciolyFF, or an pre-release with partial support (won't account for ties).
