Improve look of team details modal #18

Want to avoid necessity of sideways scrolling on mobile to view notes, use a larger font, and add visual indications for medal placings (and faded text for DQ/NS?)

Also should make hovering over the school name (before the modal is opened) underline the school name and team details link
