Unify school and event names #22

Avoid duplicates with slightly different (mis)spellings. Partially complete, will want to create an output CSV for events (like was done for schools in 6b99a29a89a494bacde667f3ce423e42899d1534) so that future inputs templates will not revert fixes.

Done? Added checks in the input template to make it easier to find misspellings.
