Updated Xamarin Forms project to demonstrate issue when using GZIP in call to WebServer. Tested on Android devices & emulatores running Android 6.0 & Android 4.3.3 with comparable results.

I'm trying to run this on AppVeyor. I would recommend change Forms.Samples to use EmbedIO csproj instead of the nuget. For better debugging.

I will merge, even that I can't test. Just to keep the updated Xmarin sample project.
