I install the application use IIS ,but when i am change the password of the account ,i get an error like this

fail: Unosquare.PassCore.PasswordProvider.PasswordChangeProvider[0] Failed due to pwned password: New password is publicly known and can be used in dictionary attacks and also it will take a very long time , more than 3 minutes. So what are my settings wrong? Need your help, thanks

I've set passcore up and have the same issue. the application doesn't attempt to change the password and i've tried all the fixes i could find.

The error still occurs even when using generated passwords from the app itself so it's not the password
