ESlint + code format

Add ESLint to enforce Vue common code linting rules.

@rahul-vashishtha This merge request is just to gather discussion and have a base to work on.

• [ ] Define the rules we want to remove
• [ ] Define which Prettier rules we want
• [ ] Add pre-commit hook to auto format https://prettier.io/docs/en/precommit (+enforce contributors to follow it)
• [ ] Format the entire repo to align 😨
• [ ] Enjoy no more formatting/linting messages in code reviews and focus on other important stuff
