Goal: Create a readme file that includes the:

  1. Course Description
  2. Course Goals
  3. Course Objectives
  4. Course Syllabus
  5. Course Contributors

Should be written in a way that makes it possible for a person to discover and take the course online

Importance: 3 Urgency: 4 Difficulty: 2
