Random Fixes #181

Instead of creating bunch of different PRs, just a random fixes PR would suffice.

[x] Cleanups of the etherscan contract. Some naming was just bad.
[x] Ability to load contract only if libraries are present and not a single contract
[x] IR checking the generated layout against existing layout does not makes sense. Dropping that check.
