[Text Editing Panel] - Unable to scroll on edit text without focusing on it #425

Environment: LG Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.2)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the app in Landscape mode
  2. Go to Unplugged Sampler
  3. Go to Menu ->Typography -> Edit Mode
  4. Do not tap on the text, just try to scroll to the bottom of the text

Expected result: User should be able to scroll

Actual result: Unable to scroll. Please refer video for more details.

Works fine on Nexus 4 running Android 4.4.2
