[Contacts - Departments] Department names 'Abcd' and 'abcd' are considered as different departments

Environment:

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Contacts --> Departments
2. Open a contact (with name say Andy )and edit it. Set the department as 'abcd' and save.
3. Open another contact (with name say Rafa) and edit it. Set the department as 'Abcd' and save.

Expected result:

While saving a department name it can be saved in all upper case.

Actual result:

'abcd' and 'Abcd' are considered different. But while displaying department names it is all displayed in upper case and hence now there will be 2 departments with names 'ABCD' and 'ABCD' one at the top of list and one at bottom.
