[Contacts > Departments] Default Department is opened after selecting contact and then closing it #481

Environment: version 3.0.1 iPhone 5 (7.1)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Contacts > Department
  2. Scroll down a bit and select any Department
  3. Tap on any contact
  4. Tap on Close

Expected result: Department chosen in step 2 is displayed

Actual result: First displayed department is selected
